Heat Shrinkable Stress Control Tubing For Use In MV Joints & Terminations up To 42kV (Suitable for Raychem Heat-shrinkable medium Voltage Terminations and joints)
 
Description
As an essential part of any heat shrinkable based joint or termination system, CIAC's HSCT tubing is designed to give optimum performance in this demanding application. The stress control tubings have a precisely defined Hi-K (high dielectric constant) characteristic which smoothes the electrical field over cable screen ends. When the tubing is shrunk, the stress control tubing is softened by the applied heat and conforms and bonds to even irregular insulation surfaces to ensure a void free contact.
