| Product description
|
| The CHINA KINWA coating repair patch (CRP)
is made of crosslinked polyolefin sheet coated
with high performance heat melting adhesive. CRP
is specifically designed for sealing and protection
of damage pipeline or filling damage hole (voids)
of coating pipeline.
The CRP consists of repair patch, mastic filler
and heat melting adhesive stick. In generally
CRP is available for damage less than 150mm×150mm
in size. If damage area of coating pipeline greater
than 150mm×150mm, Heat Shrinkable Wraparound Sleeve
(or Heat Shrinkable Wraparound Tape) is recommended.

| Features & Benefits
|
| CRP consists of an irradiated,
cross-linked polyolefin sheet coated with a heat
activated adhesive. The patch can be installed quickly
with no special tools required. The installed patch
provides a barrier to moisture and corrosion and
is resistant to abrasion and shear forces during
pipeline installation and while in-service. |
